The key to keeping any health-related New Year’s resolution is to make it something you can actually sustain long enough to benefit from. Today’s New York Times includes ten such resolutions from Dr. Oz, including this one: Do seven minutes of yoga a day.

Just a few minutes spent on the mat each morning is a great way to get you body moving and ready for the day. By stretching out, you’ll minimize the chances of getting a persistent back pain or sciatica. You can do any poses you like, but if you’re not sure what to do take a look at my short daily stretch routine, the hardest working sequence in the business.
